2011 Special Olympics North Dakota Awards and Hall of Fame Induction

The 2011 Special Olympics North Dakota Annual Awards and Hall of Fame Induction took place Saturday, November 5, 2011 at the annual awards banquet held at the Best Western Doublewood Inn in Fargo, ND. This year's winner and Hall of Fame inductees are:

Grand Forks Public Schools, Grand Forks – Outstanding School Award

Heidi Lake, Fargo – Youth Service Award

Kaia Watkins, Fargo – Outstanding State Volunteer Award

UND Athletics, Grand Forks – Outstanding Area Organization

Aaron Hummel, Grand Forks – LETR “Flame of Hope” Award

Al Jaeger, Bismarck – Continuous Service Award

Applebee’s Bar and Grill – Continuous Service Award

Mary Simonson, Valley City – Continuous Service Award
