Participants can pre-register or come the day of the event.  In Grand Forks, registration begins at 10am, plunging begins at 11am and does not finish until everyone is done jumping.  The Registration forms can be found here for Grand Forks.  Registration forms for Fargo and Jamestown Polar Plunges will be available soon and posted here also.  Additionally, please fill out Release Form and bring it to the event.  Do you want to set up an online giving page?  Click here to find instructions for that.  Get out there and enjoy the fun. It is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and businesses to get involved and support Special Olympics.

Who Can Participate???

Everyone!!! All you have to do is collect $75 in pledges, that's your parents and a couple relatives at the least, to plunge and receive a t-shirt. Check out the registration form for more details about what you can get and how much you can earn for Special Olympics North Dakota!!!

 

 Too Chicken to Plunge?

Get the "thrill" without the "chill"!  Raise $30 to receive a Too Chicken to Plunge shirt and sit in the chicken coop to watch the plungers and participate in Too Chicken to Plunge activities.  Participants of Too Chicken to Plunge are eligible for Plunge incentives starting at the $250 level.  In order to receive incentives the day of the event, registration my be received a minimum of 10 days prior to the event.  Registration up to and including the day of the event are welcome.
