North Dakota Healthy Athlete of the Year Award (2017)
This state level award recognizes a SOND athlete who exemplifies and demonstrates a healthy life-style and the Special Olympics Athlete Oath. Selected athlete will be featured on “Our Family” brand water bottles sold throughout the state and region during the months of April and May in SpartanNash stores – Dan’s Supermarket and Family Fare.
Any local program, coach, parent or athlete may submit nominations for the Healthy Athlete award to program headquarters using the online form. Nominations must be completed by Monday, December 12, 2016. For more information please call (701) 746-0331 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
